Year 5 Weekly Newsletter
This week we have impressed with our problem solving skills in Year 5. We have built patterns and examined sequences to begin understanding algebra. Finding the value of letters in maths was tricky but the children have worked symbolically hard to solve the equations!
Our Christmas concert is almost ready to present to our families. Keep practising those lines Year 5 - with LOTS of expression and volume! Just like we did when we read The Night Before Christmas, which put us all in the festive spirit.
We also have a few congratulations to share... Well done to everyone who performed in the choir concert this week, it was a showcase of the talent we have in Year 5 and 6. Also to the girl's football team who did incredibly well in a tournament this week. We are very proud of you all!
