This week's news:
This week in Year 5 we have been learning about time. We have investigated analogue and digital clocks, identifying their features and learning how to tell the time in different ways. There are more resources on the Google Classroom to practise the skills that we have learnt this week. We have also learnt about possessive pronouns and how they can help our writing read more fluently.In our topic sessions we have thought about how we use water to keep clean and healthy. We've also talked about friendships and qualities we look for in friends, how we are growing up and our amazing bodies. A few of us were able to help lay some wild flowers in the Year 1 area, it'll be exciting to see them grow too. We are looking forward to sports day on Thursday next week; we have been limbering up so we can be our best on the day!
