Miss Sherrard - Year 2 teacher
Hi I'm Miss Sherrard. I am currently a Year 2 teacher but I have taught in lots of different year groups across the school. I have been at Thornhill for a long time now - 18 years! I love our school and enjoy spending time with the children who always make me smile. In school, my favourite things to teach are maths and science. I also LOVE reading and spend lots of my free time with my nose in a book.
I am a mum. I have two daughters who are 9 and 7 so I spend lots of time taking them to clubs and activities. We all enjoy spending time outside and we live really close to the beach in Barry which is very handy. We also like playing Mario together on a Friday night! I enjoy swimming and I have just started learning to crochet. (Mrs Pyke has been giving me lessons). I love spending time with my family and friends.
