This week's news:
We have been busy this week looking into the next ‘giant leap’ for Wales with the government's aim of having 1 million Welsh speakers by 2050. With this in mind we have been learning about the Welsh not in Topic and thinking about what we can do to promote the Welsh language.
In language we have been reading a book based on the Welsh not and we will be looking at writing our own ending to the story over the next week. We have also been creating some revision sheets in preparation for the quiz next week as well as writing some questions.
In Maths we have been looking at money. We started with recognising and counting coins before moving on to adding money and then calculating change.
