This week's news:
We’ve had a very busy and creative week in Year 2. In Maths, the children have been measuring and comparing lengths, using symbols such as <, > and = to show their understanding. In Language, we have been learning all about the life and work of the Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. The children have created fantastic fact files about her life and have enjoyed making their own colourful, dotty decorations inspired by her artwork. We have also been working collaboratively in groups, playing games and practising key skills. Information about our Growth Mindset Challenge has been shared via email and Google Classroom – good luck, and please do share any photos with us, we would love to see them!
