This week's news:
Year 2 have had a short but fantastic week of learning! In maths, we have continued to explore money—learning to recognise coins, find total amounts, give change and apply these skills to solve practical problems. In our language work, we have been busy building sentences, exploring new vocabulary, and strengthening our reading through Monster Phonics activities. We have also been practising for Sports Day and we thoroughly enjoyed an exciting basketball session with Tribal Basketball. Alongside this, we have continued to develop our inquiry projects with great enthusiasm and the children have produced some fantastic pieces of work. in their groups. It has been a super week!
