This week's news:
It’s been a busy week in Year 2 this week. We started the week with a dance and drama workshop where the children got to practice their skills and got us ready for the week ahead. In language, we have been finding out about different types of bugs and where they live. We have looked at report texts and explored the features ready to write our own in the next few weeks. In maths, our focus has been on multiplication and we are working hard to learn our times tables facts. Preparations for sports day have also been in full swing and we can’t wait to share this day with you next week. We have loved being outside gardening and have planted lots of different herbs and plants. We love being in ‘The Great Outdoors!’
