This week's news:
We have had a great week in Year 2 this week and the children have worked so well. We have been using the Chromebooks in class and the children have really worked hard to develop their ICT skills. In maths, we have been working on number and problem solving activities. Our storybook this week has been 'Journey.' It is a wordless book and the children showed great imagination to create their stories from the pictures. The children have now created their own magical worlds and are busy writing descriptions of these. In topic we have been thinking about the different inventions of gadgets and gizmos that we use everyday. The children have enjoyed looking at photos of old gadgets and how they have changed over time. The week has ended with the children all looking wonderful and dressed for Children in Need. A great week in Year 2!
