This week's news:

A great week in Year 2!  Our book this week has been 'The Building Boy' and we loved learning all about his journey and the wonderful things the boy and his grandmother would build.  We have been exploring compound words in our writing and working hard to add adjectives to make our sentences even more exciting.  In maths we have been making and using tally charts and block graph charts and interpreting the data to help us answer questions.  Our afternoons have been filled with robot planning ready for the big build next week!  Please remember to join us to see our creations in the Big hall on Tuesday 10th February at 3.00.  Have a great weekend everyone.
