This week has been full of surprises and learning adventures! Over the weekend, a spaceship crash-landed on our playground. Mr. Bayley worked hard to clear up the wreckage, and we even received a video message from an alien asking us all about planet Earth!

We’ve been on the lookout for our alien visitor, but so far, no sightings… maybe next week!

In Drawing Club, we read the story Ten Little Aliens. Inspired by the book, the children designed their own aliens and spaceships—their creativity was out of this world!

We’ve started the Booktrust Cymru rhyme challenge! Each week, we’ll learn a new rhyme.
This week’s rhyme was “Ten Fat Sausages”, which helped us practice counting in 2s. The children loved singing and joining in with actions.

We ended the week by supporting Children in Need. Everyone came dressed up and looked fantastic! Thank you for your generous contributions to this wonderful cause.

Next week, we’ll continue our alien adventures and learn the rhyme “Hickory Dickory Dock”. This will be a great opportunity to explore time and clocks in a fun way.
