This week's news:
For our final week of Super Me, Superheroes!, the children have been busy designing and making superhero belts. We introduced 2D shapes, and the children selected their favourites to create unique superhero logos. They traced around the shapes and cut them out of coloured card to transform their designs into real superhero belts—perfect for striking a heroic pose!
In PE, we began our gymnastics unit and loved exploring the climbing wall in the big hall.
We ended the week with our Superhero Design Studio. Thank you to those of you who attended! The children came dressed as their favourite heroes and took part in themed activities including making capes for their teddies. If you have any pictures from the event, please feel free to post them on Google Classroom—we’d love to see them.
